Uni B Agency launches a document verification portal to fight document fraud

Uni B Agency today announced the launch of its Document Verification Portal, a public service that allows anyone receiving a document from the agency to instantly confirm that it is authentic and has not been altered.

Every document Uni B Agency issues — contracts, certificates, letters and invoices — is now digitally sealed and carries a unique document ID and QR code. Recipients can verify a document in seconds at documents.unibagency.com by entering the ID or scanning the code. No account is required to confirm authenticity.

"Trust is the foundation of everything we do," said a spokesperson for Uni B Agency. "This portal makes our promise verifiable. If a document says Uni B Agency and it doesn't verify on our portal, we didn't issue it."

The system uses cryptographic sealing, so any change to a document causes verification to fail. Only named recipients can view a document's full contents, while anyone can confirm that it is genuine. Every verification attempt is logged for transparency.

The launch is part of Uni B Agency's wider commitment to building digital trust for the brands and institutions it serves across Cameroon and beyond.
